      1. Visconti Garment Hanger International Ltd, a company registered according to the laws of Hong Kong with Business Registration Number 674279 (in the case of the
         Asia Pacific region);
      2. Hanger Holdings Incorporated, a company registered according to the laws of the state of Michigan, USA with registration number EIN 38 361 0450 (in the case of North and South America); or
      3. Polyoak Packaging (Pty) Ltd trading as Visconti, a company registered according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 1974/000190/07 (in the case of Africa and the rest of the world).
   2. “Personal Information” is as defined in POPI.
   3. “POPI” means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
   4. “Process” in relation to Personal Information means to collect, organise, store, modify, retrieve, refer to, distribute, or erase, or otherwise as defined in POPI.
   5. “You” or the “user” means any person who accesses this Website for any purpose.
   6. “Website” means the Website of Visconti at URL (including reference to subdomains) www.viscontihangers.com or such other URL as Visconti may choose from time to time.

2. Status and Amendments
   1. Visconti respects your privacy. This privacy policy statement sets out Visconti’s information gathering and dissemination practices in respect of the Website.
   2. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Website. If you do not agree with this Policy then you may not use this Website and are required to cease doing so immediately.

      3. Personal Information will only be Processed for a purpose compatible with that for which it was collected, unless you have consented to an alternative purpose in writing or Visconti is permitted by POPI or in terms of national legislation of general application.

      5. Visconti will destroy or delete any Personal Information that is no longer needed by Visconti for the purpose it was initially collected, or subsequently Processed.

   3. Note that, as permitted by POPI, Visconti may use Personal Information collected to compile profiles for statistical purposes. No information contained in the profiles or statistics will be able to be linked to any specific user.
